How can real estate investors shopping for Wholesale Properties beat out the competition from slick Realtors and agents? Armed with their shiny corporate websites, shiny folder with a bunch of information about marketing, who will do it and that broker promises the always incredibly high prices still exists, is trying to sabotage the efforts of these wholesale properties.
